Our Sales Executive Level 4 programme is suitable for those new to sales and more experienced salespeople. This 18 month blended learning programme focuses on helping people master the core competencies needed to be successful including: Customer Engagement, Product Knowledge, Sales Planning and Preparation, Identifying Customers’ Needs, Presenting Solutions, Time Management, Developing and Managing Accounts, Digital Selling, Negotiating Effectively, Objection Handling and Closing Sales.
